'The Old Fashioned Trailer' has been lovingly converted into a mobile bar and food service hub perfect for any event.
Not only is The Old Fashioned Trailer an incredibly adorable photo op, but it is equipped with all the essentials to keep your guests well hydrated and happily fed.

Short and Sweet Package – Pricing starts at $1,300

The Full Monte - Pricing starts at $1,600

The Old Fashioned Trailer Rental Only – Pricing starts at $1,000
Up to 8 hours of 'The Old Fashioned Trailer' rental and its base contents. Includes 50km of travel time with drop off/ set-up and pick-up (morning after pick-up may be arranged)
Show Stopper Additions
Cocktail Package – $90/hr (standard package services) plus $2.50 per cocktail. The price per cocktail covers cost of simple syrup, mixes, lemon/lime juice and appropriate garnish for the cocktail.
Take advantage of Muster Point’s incredibly experienced bartenders by creating a signature cocktail menu for your next event. Check out our list of favorites or we can design any cocktail to suit your preference.
When pricing our cocktail package we base our quotes starting at 2 cocktail per guest.
Example: 50 person event with a 2 signature cocktail menu.
Old Fashioned - 50 cocktails x $2.50 = $125.00
Margarita - 50 cocktails x $2.50 = $125.00
TOTAL = $250.00
The number of cocktails can be adjusted accordingly based on your preferences, however we do need to know the number of each cocktail to be made before the event so we have enough ingredients on site.
All cocktails are made with home made simple syrups, fresh squeezed citrus and are appropriately garnished.
Booze Jugs - Pricing starts at $40
20L glass jug dispensers filled with a delicious punch or sangria of your choice.
Barista Coffee and Tea – $3.50 per person (100 person event = $350)
The Old Fashioned Trailer can be equipped with our small but mighty espresso machine to create beautifully crafted barista made coffee and tea for your event. We provide all necessary ingredients; coffee beans, milk, milk alternatives, tea, cream, sugar etc.

Muster Point Grazing Table - $22 per guest
Our delicious grazing tables featuring Ontario’s finest artisan cheese and meats are a staple of Muster Point’s catering options.

Mini- Sub Sandwich Tray – 1 Tray of 25 mini-subs $75
Fresh baked sub buns, dijonnaise spread, shredded ice-berg lettuce, loaded with different combinations of our artisan cheese and deli meats.
Gourmet Italian Focaccia Sandwich Tray - 1 Tray of 24 sandwiches $180
House baked focaccia bread, mixed Italian style toppings, artisan cheese and deli meats. Please see our Focaccia Sandwich Menu for our delicious variations that you can choose from for your event. (Number of sandwiches customizable)
Late Night Snacks
Self Serve Nacho Bar - $12 per guest with trailer rental / $15 per guest without trailer rental
Heated tortilla chips, nacho cheese machine, house made salsa, house made guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos, green onion, peppers, olives, cilantro. Includes table, table cloth, napkins, utensils and station maintenance for 1 hour.
Grilled Cheese Bar - $15 per guest with trailer rental / $18 per guest without trailer rental
Variety artisan breads, selection of Muster Point’s finest melting cheeses, variety butter spreads, panini presses, table, table cloth, napkins, utensils, plates and station maintenance for 1 hour.
FAQs
Why don't you supply alcohol?
We would love to supply alcohol but unfortunately liquor laws in Canada do not allow the sale of alcohol from any mobile vendor. We do work with you to create a shopping list for alcohol and mixes required that are curated specifically to your event and guest list. All you have to do is have these items on site on the date of your event and we will look after the rest!
Do I need a Special Occasions Permit (SOP)?
A Special Occasions Permit is only required if you are hosting an event on public property or if you are selling alcohol for profit. If you are holding a function in a “private place”, with invited guests only and with no sale of alcohol, a Private Event SOP is not required.

Are you insured?
The Old Fashioned Trailer comes equipped with certified "Smart Serve" bartenders and Muster Point also has General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance.
Do you require a deposit?
To secure the date and our services we will be asking for a 25% deposit. The remaining must be paid in a full a week before the event.
